In response to the identified challenges, our solution is covering the overall process of calculating provisions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Portfolio distribution to Stage 1, Stage 2 and Stage 3 and adequate ECL calculation<\/li>\n<li>Calculation of PD (including the implementation of macro variables and scenario analysis)<\/li>\n<li>Calculation of LGD<\/li>\n<li>The reporting module<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Glavne prednosti na\u0161eg alata su prakti\u010dnost, fleksibilnost i jednostavnost za upotrebu. Omogu\u0107ava simulacije razli\u010ditih na\u010dina obra\u010duna (na primer: PD po matricama 3&#215;3 ili 5&#215;5, razli\u010ditih scenarija, izmene kriterijuma za definisanje Stage-a&#8230;itd.)<\/p>\n<h3>\n\tEWS Tool\n\t<\/h3>\n\t<p>Imaju\u0107i u vidu globalna ekonomska kretanja, a posebno \u010dinjenicu da se zna\u010daja sredstva ula\u017eu u pove\u0107anje efikasnosti poslovanja, odnosno na smanjenje tro\u0161kova, efikasno upravljanje kreditnim rizikom, odnosno finansijskim ili komercijalnim potra\u017eivanjima predstavlja zna\u010dajnu polugu za ostvarenje tog cilja. Ovo pre svega va\u017ei za finansijske institucije (banke i osiguranja), kao i za pru\u017eaoce usluga za veliki broj korisnika koji periodi\u010dno tu uslugu pla\u0107aju &#8211; komunalne usluge, prodaja elektri\u010dne energije, telekomunikacione usluge&#8230; Pove\u0107anje efikasnosti u naplati mo\u017ee zna\u010diti smanjenje nenaplativih potra\u017eivanja, odnosno smanjenje ispravki istih, \u0161to zna\u010dajno mo\u017ee da unapredi profitabilnost institucije ako se zna da se radi o velikom broju du\u017enika odnosno zna\u010dajnim iznosima potra\u017eivanja koja su svakog meseca u manjem ili ve\u0107em ka\u0161njenju.<\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Early warning system (EWS) represents a set of rules, procedures and models with adequate tools that identifies potentially problematic clients, based on the historical information and client\u2019s specific characteristics. Risk Consulting's EWS Tool includes the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A statistical model developed on the information from historical database of clients<\/li>\n<li>A tool for scoring (determining the level of risk for each client)<\/li>\n<li>Client lists by risk categories<\/li>\n<li>Portfolio-Level stock monitoring module<\/li>\n<li>Reporting module<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Considering the main characteristics of each client, the existing program changes according to the requirements of each particular client, enabling the tool and the entire system to be adjusted to the client, not vice versa.<\/p>\n<p>EWS is developed separately for every individual significant type of portfolio. For example, a special set of indicators is developed for legal entities (partly based on financial statements), another set is developed for the portfolio of individuals (the data on indebtedness, income level, especially the behavioural data during the life of the financial asset). Accordingly, management processes of managing clients which are on \u201cwatch\u201d or \u201cprevention\u201d lists are designed separately. <em>watch<\/em> ili <em>prevention<\/em> listama se dizajniraju posebno.<\/p>\n<h3>\n\tNPL Management Tool\n\t<\/h3>\n\t<p>The NPL Management Tool developed by Risk Consulting is intended for banks and other financial institutions that deal with the management of problematic loans (NPL). The tool is designed to follow end to end process and represents the application of many years of experience in that domain.
